I understand that the information collected on this form is to enable Mate in Oz (MiOz) to assess my application to my preferred institution (if requested), create arecord on its student database, undertake statistical analysis, meet statutory reporting requirements and further inform me about the course and services to which I am applyingas well as MiOz’s other events.
